What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect the details you choose to send, including your name, email address, project description, dimensions, quantity, material preference, timing and any file links. Please leave out sensitive personal information that is not needed for the project.

How we use it

We use your enquiry to assess the project, prepare a quote and contact you about the work. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a mailing list. File links are reviewed for your project and are not published as a public portfolio without permission.

Where it is stored

Quote requests are stored in the WordPress database and sent to the CK3D notification email inbox. Hosting, backup and email providers may process this information as part of operating those services. Authorised site administrators can access saved requests. Website and mail copies must be managed separately.

Security and spam prevention

The form uses a security token, a spam trap and a short-lived rate limit. The rate limit uses a keyed hash of your connection’s IP address for up to one hour; the form does not store the raw address. The hosting service may keep its own access and security logs. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Files and external services

The form accepts links rather than public file uploads. A file hosted on Drive, Dropbox or another service is also subject to that service’s privacy settings and policies. Only share files you have permission to use. You can change or remove access to your shared file at its source.

Cookies and analytics

This theme adds no advertising trackers, analytics scripts or marketing cookies. WordPress may use cookies for logged-in administrators. Hosting services and any additional plugins may have their own cookies or data practices.

Access, correction and deletion

Contact CK3D to ask about the personal information held with your enquiry, correct it or request deletion. We keep information while it is needed for project communication, business records and any applicable obligations. Website enquiry records can be managed through WordPress privacy tools; related email and backup copies require separate review.
